The business is small.
The business has limited resources.
The business has a low number of members.
Members have sufficient management experience and skill.
All members want to be active participants in operational decisions.

Manager-Managed LLC A manager-managed LLC is where one or more individuals are selected as the LLC manager. The LLC manager has the authority to manage the company and may be a member or a non-member (externally contracted). A manager-managed LLC may be suitable if the following is true:

The business is large and complex.
Members lack sufficient management experience and skill.
All or some members do not want to be active participants in operational decisions.

EIN Information

An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is like a social security number for your business. It's required by the IRS to identify your business for tax purposes. An EIN is also mandatory for filing taxes or opening a business bank account.

Who is the IRS contact?

To generate an EIN number for your business, the IRS requires the name and social security number of the business contact requesting the tax id. Not to worry, we will do this on your behalf, but need your social security to do so.

Registered Agent Selection
